I do not know if what limited knowledge i have will help if they are having substance abuse issues there in pittsburgh pa parole to halfway houses in harrisburg the salvation army has a housing program that takes people on probation the way it works is you have to work do meetings and they give you a fifteen dollar expense fund you have so many hours you can be out and they have phones they can call out but no incoming calls so maybe try the salvation army and see if they have them in your areas and try your counties drug and alcohol counseling service there are great programs out there and the jail social worker should know of some places to Posted via Mobile Device
