The omega-3 polyunsaturates are components of foods and as such not likely to interact with drugs, though it is difficult to be exact since there are so many drugs being launched all the time. If you are taking any drug on the recommendation of a physician it would be wise to inform him or her when next you visit. There are no known interactions with vitamins or minerals.
