There are very few Mexican restaurants in Japan, but they do exist. Tokyo of course has a few, as do the other major cities. Probably your best bet is to find a store like Meijiya that imports food. Usually they have a few Mexican things you can create your own burritos with. Luckily avocadoes are much more popular in Japan than they used to be, so you can even make guacamole. Sour cream is expensive, but sometimes you can find it. You could probably make a good salsa out of ingredients found at a typical grocery store. What I wonder is where are the Greek restaurants? I want my spanakopita.  more
