Are there any oceanfront townhomes/condos in Laguna Beach?
These are some of the oceanfront communities of attached homes in Laguna Beach: Blue Lagoon Laguna Lido Laguna Royale Seacliff Community Montage Residences South Laguna Bluffs Monarch Bay( in Dana Point ,just at the south border of Laguna Beach) We’ve just accepted an offer on our house in North Laguna .It’s not in an oceanfront community, but it has ocean view and walking distance to the beach.We’ve listed it way too low to move it in this market,there were condos in the same area with less sqft listed way higher than ours ,which is a detached with 3 car garages .If I were you ,I will wait few months before buying ,the prices are going down ,serious sellers have to reduce their prices if they really want to sell .Good luck to you .
