A popular recipe made with Pearson’s Mints is brownies. You make the brownies as usual then place half the batter in your pan. Unwrap the Mints and place on top of the batter without touching the sides of the pan. Cover the Mints with the rest of your batter and bake as usual. Simply delicious! Or, drop an unwrapped Pearson’s Mints in hot chocolate. Stir well and enjoy! Perhaps there are other recipes on the web too.
