Are there any places in the French Quarter that serve vegetables?

In Tennessee we called them "Meat and 3". They serve plate lunches with your choice of a meat and two or three vegetables. These are typically homestyle cooking, not glamorous food. While he eats meat in small portions, my husband prefers vegetables and pasta over meat dishes. We will be in the city for French Quarter Festival in April. I am looking ahead.
