Are there any restaurants offering free sushi since today is National Sushi Day?
So today is National Sushi Day, or perhaps it’s International Sushi Day, and since it’s Thursday, it’s definitely stuff your face with sushi until you are broke (or your esophagus is broke) day–a day which I’m skeptical of, but fully support. But you’re not getting a deal: there are no national sushi chains offering free salmon or spicy tuna rolls. It seems to be yet another in a series of made-up internet holidays that are circulated to and fro, searched for on a specific day (today), hopefully capitalized upon by us.
