Are there any restrictions on which Eye Care Professionals can wholesale masks?

A Only one. We are concerned with channel conflict; for instance a stocking Eye Care Professional one block away from a stocking Scuba Shop could lead to hard feelings. However WE DON'T WANT many stocking stores there's too much risk of having the mask being sold "wrong." The few stores that will stock the mask either: Have an on-site pool, which is exceptionally rare; fewer than 50 coast-to-coast. Distinguished themselves with VERY advanced training (i.e. training to dive below 200 feet, cave diving, tri-mix gas training). One of four stores in the USA who made very early commitments. We do encourage partnerships between nearby Stores and Eye Care Professionals, whereby each party does what they do best.
