Are there any rules regarding people parking their boats/recreational vehicles in the streets and driveways?

It is stated in Item 19 (Covenants & Restrictions) that No boats and/or recreational vehicles shall be parked in the driveway of any home of each detached single family dwelling. The Macomb Township ordinance goes even further to prohibit these vehicles being parked on the side of, or in front of, the home. All these issues have been verified with our attorney, Gasper Gamicchia, Macomb Township, and the Macomb County Sheriffs Department.
