Are there any small towns in Tennessee that fit this description?
It’s going to be hard to find a place of less than 5,000 people that also has a hospital, especially a modern one. That just isn’t economical. You might check out Nolensville (3,099), Eagleville (464), Bell Buckle (391). They are in horse country and have farms. Anywhere in Middle TN is fairly sunny but with sometimes cold winters. Nolensville and Eagleville have police stations. No hospitals, but one is fairly close to Nolensville. Eagleville is a cool little town. It is known for having only one stop light. Downtown is two blocks long. It is out in the middle of nowhere but on the way to Nashville. Think Mayberry, but smaller. Winchester (7,329) has farms, police station, modern hospital, but it isn’t in horse country. Nissan is the major industry. Cute courthouse square that is undergoing complete renovation.
