Are there any special requirements for the “donor” of a mapped garment?

Yes. It should be preferably plain and not striped or printed. If necessary we can use a printed ‘donor’ garment but we need to ‘burn-off’ the existing print first however this will also remove most of the texture and shadowing that is necessary to preserve the realism of the printed image.
