Are there any special rules for Quest line Groups or Static Quest Groups?
Because these groups can persist over a long time, we do have some rules regarding these special groups. The principle rule is that the group cannot promote a culture that is radically different from that espoused by the Dragon Hunter Core Philosophies. Specific examples: a Quest line/Static Quest group cannot keep dragon-kill-points for members, have an elite application process to join, or have a separate FAQ that espouses behavior that is different from that in the Dragon Hunters FAQ. The quest groups cannot compete with each other for members by offering sign-up bonuses or the promise of special lewt if a member joins them. A member should join a quest group simply because they enjoy the friendship of the people in the group and because their play style/play times are compatible. It fine to set limits on the number of members in the group simply because there are limits in the game as to how many can group at a single time.
