There are no time restrictions on usage. Broadband access is ‘always on’ keeping you in touch. Q: If I decide that the grade of service I am currently on is too high for my requirements can I downgrade the service.A: It is not possible to downgrade service, therefore we advise that you take a lower grade of service to begin with if you are unsure of the amount of data you would need each month.
