Patrons are responsible for all audiovisual material they borrow from the circulating collection and are charged the replacement cost plus a non-refundable processing fee for all lost items. They are also charged for damage of audiovisual material depending on the extent of the damage and if the item is reasonably useable. For details, see the Lost or Damaged Circulating Audiovisual Materials.
