THE MASSACHUSETTS DELEADING TAX CREDIT After you have your home deleaded, an inspector will issue you a letter certifying compliance with the Lead Law. You are now eligible for up to $1500 per housing unit. This credit may be applied against your state tax liability for up to seven years after deleading.
