Having sex itself is an exercise. It is healthier to have safe sex regularly. It eases your mind. It relaxes your body and on top of all it provides intimacy with your partner. If you are changing partners regularly, still no problem as far as you practice safe sex as you still enjoy it. It must not be forced just to show that yes, you can have sex like maniac/machine. You should be having good physical and mental health then only you can get benefits of having sex. If you are having any problems related to your heart or STD or breathing problem etc, you must avoid having too much of or daily/regular sex. Many people do whatever they can for prolonged sex such as use of viagra etc medications. But you are saying you can have it and are having it. So, is there any problem? I think you just have to relax and enjoy. Now, still if you believe you are older than your mates then change your thought to say you are “matured” than your mates as you know better than them at least in the matters
