Are there many underground villas?

These facilities are under civilian buildings such as People’s Great Library and Kwangbok Shopping Mall. Soundproofing is so amazing people can’t even imagine these places exist. These are civilian buildings and damaging these underground places is not easy. Also, there are too many of these places and they are all interconnected.
