There have been several published studies in well known publications such as: Surgical Alternatives, Occupational Medicine, Journal of Musculoskeletal Medicine, Spine Journal, Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and many more. One study was able to document up to 90% reduction of disc herniations and all studies found that patients achieved “good” to “excellent results with spinal decompression therapy.
