Yes, there are organizations out there that can help you. I recommend first checking with local shelters in your area. If there is a Humane Society or SPCA shelter anywhere near you, that would be a good place to start. They typically offer low cost services to those who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford them. Also, spay/neuter clinics have started to pop up all over the place in the past few years. Many of them will offer vaccinations in addition to the spay/neuter services. Fees are often based on a sliding scale depending on your income. In some qualified cases basic preventative care services are even provided free of charge. Of course, most vets are very compassionate people who want to make sure our pets are well cared for. By calling around to different private vet's office in your area you may well find one who is willing to work with you to keep the costs as low as possible and permit you to pay in installments. If your credit is good there is a credit card you can apply for called Care Credit. Most Vets have brochures laying out on the counter that you can take and apply for it. It helps with vet bills you cannot afford and offers a very low monthly rate. When I had it I believe my monthly bill was only around $20. Hope this helps.
