No, carriers are not required to report group or individual member information to Insure Oklahoma. The only requirement for a carrier to participate is to submit health plan information for qualification (described in the producer / carrier toolkit available on the website under the FAQ button). After the health plan is added to the Insure Oklahoma qualified health plan list, the carrier must inform Insure Oklahoma of any changes to the design or structure of the health plan, 90 days prior to the effective date of such changes.
