Yes. Underwriters Laboratories Standard 1254 (UL 1254) was revised September 28, 1998 to include specific paint spray booth applications. Systems that are UL listed under 1254 have passed actual fire tests for paint spray booth work area, plenum and duct areas. The IND-X system now offers 6- and 7-nozzle configurations to protect all areas with a single tank in many applications.
