Are there special Hotel and airline rates for exhibitors?
Yes! Experient is ALA’s travel management company for both hotel and airline reservations. As an ALA exhibitor, you are eligible for special airline and hotel rates. Online Exhibitor registration and housing is open. Exhibitor contacts should have received their USERID and password information. A USERID and password are required to access the exhibitor registration and housing website. If you did not receive this information, please contact Hena Anwaya at alaexh@experient-inc.com. General hotel reservation requests will be accepted until June 30, 2009 5pm CST subject to availability. A list of selected hotels and their rates is available above.
