Are there specific requirements regarding placement of channel lining, seeding, topsoil removal and replacement, drainage, etc for the waste areas and, if so, are these now incidental?

If the contractor chooses to use this area for waste the contractor would be responsible to follow the Standard Specification 204.03.08, and all Division of Water Permit requirements. Payment will be incidental to roadway excavation.
