Are there State or federal regulations that apply to mercury emissions from the plant?
No. While regulations have been developed by the State and federal government to restrict and reduce mercury in the environment from coal-fired power plants, medical waste incinerators, municipal waste incinerators, chlor-alkali production and large industrial boilers, this facility is not large enough to be included in such regulations.
