Are there ways to tell if you are still contagious from a common cold or flu?
Generally, we are most contagious with colds and flu before we even start showing symptoms. The most common way germs are spread is by sharing food or drinks with those infected who are asymptomatic. Once you stop showing classic symptoms (coughing, sneezing, sore throat, fever, etc.), you are in all likelihood no longer infectious.
