Yes, those shoes will work with any Look cleat. If you haven’t already bought your Keo pedals, they will come with grey cleats that have half as much float as the red ones. As for the float, that means how many degrees you can rotate your foot before the cleat begins to disengage from the pedal. Very few people use the black cleats, less thah 5% of users. Most people are fine with the grey cleats, while some people who suffer knee problems benefit form using the extra float red cleats. The only downside of the red cleats is that you have to twist your foot more to exit the pedal. As for shoe fit, the only way to tell is to try them yourself, a shoe that fits someone else well will not necessarily fit you.
