I think you’ll find that, similar to wheelchairs under 60kgs, one buggy/travel cot per child will be allowed free of charge. However, I would suggest you limit it to one or the other, as a second item for the same child will then come within the hold baggage rules. You can either hand over the buggy at check-in or leave it at the door of the aircraft when you board.
