No. Do not leave dismantled vehicles or vehicles with expired tags parked on the drive way, yard areas or streets. Cherokee County does have a law for junk vehicles. See Cherokee County Code, Sec. 46-152 – Junk vehicles prohibited. Violations can be reported by any resident to: Cherokee County Marshall 770-479-6153.
