Are Verti-Crete sound walls cast at my site or precast at a production facility?
Verti-Crete concrete walls are precast within our proprietary Panel and Post Stacker Systems. Generally, the forms are used at a central production facility and then the individual concrete panels and columns are trucked to the job site where they are installed and stained. The forms, however, are designed to be portable. A producer may be able to temporarily move the forms and cast at the jobsite itself if the size and location of the job warrant such a move.
