In my experience and research, I have found that anemia is rampart in both vegetarians as well as live raw eaters just as much as it is in cooked food eaters. Anemia can range from mild to advanced depending on the condition of the persons bowel. If this bowel has not been addressed to remove the sticky, hard black plaque that is in the bowel and it’s absorbing organs, the person becomes anemic because of the lack of nutrition getting into the body to feed it. It does not matter what kind of food is eaten, the nutrition from that food is blocked from entering the body. This plaque has been building with the bowel for many years, in fact since the body was introduced to cooked baby foods as a child way back then. The body cannot use these foods as they are dead foods and therefore it tries to digest them to extract as much nutrition as possible from them.
