Most men would say that the women could not keep up. They would say that in the sport of basketball that men are just that much more physically over and above women. That may be true in some mens minds but not all. Women could play along with the men in the positions of point or even the 2 and 3 guard. The women in basketball can be pretty quick on their feet. Not only can they be quick, but also fast. A lot of times if you watch womens basketball, they will be quicker than a lot of the men in the sport. The downfall of women playing with men in the sport of basketball are the forward positions. The men are just to big and strong for women to compete with the men in the low post. The women would have a tough if not impossible time trying to bang with the men for rebounds under the hoop in the paint.
