0

“If I’d know I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself.” Did you ever wonder why some people have that ideal figure – the trim and taught body, the chiseled chest, the ‘buns of steel”, the tree trunk thighs and the rock hard abs? And then there are others who seem to be overflowing way beyond the top of their waistlines. I like to call this the “Muffin Top” vs. the “Six Pack.” A muffin top, for those of you who don’t know, is a person whose stomach, back and waist are hanging over their pants. Think of a soft, mushy, every expanding muffin spilling over the top of a baking pan and I think you will get a better idea of what I’m talking about. With all the information that is out there today; the Internet, blogs, newspapers, magazines, DVD’s, CD’s and all kinds of “get fit quick” products just a credit card and a phone call away, it’s no wonder that there is only a very small percentage of the population can flaunt that six pack? I see people from all walks
