In case you are asking if it is allowed to keep the parrot as a pet left open to fly around, keep in mind that by buying parrots, we are encouraging people who capture these birds for selling. Every creature has the right to live amongst its own community. For sure, I would not be pleased in the least bit if I were to live my life among animals in the jungle with no human contact. Same with the parrot I guess. And Allah knows best.
