You can do a testicular self exam for testicular cancer (http://tcrc.acor.org/tcexam.html) However, you CANNOT do a self exam for prostate cancer. The prostate is not something you can normally feel from outside of your body. Urinary problems may be indicative of prostate cancer in an older man, but you really need to see a doctor to check for prostate cancer.
