Are you in favour of rating of construction companies by rating agencies?
It is a mature step by the government, though we need more uniform laws first across the country before we can have rating agencies. Uniformity in laws will lead to best practices in development and hence management. This in turn will lead to the rise and need for a rating agency that will initiate rating of projects based on the initial best practices defined.
