As a faculty or staff member who has been disciplined for allegedly violating the COI/COC policy, how can I appeal the disciplinary action?
A faculty or staff member can appeal a disciplinary decision underexisting University policies for handling faculty and staff disputes. If an individual school, college, or unit has adopted additional procedures for handling COI or COC disputes and appeals, the additional procedures must coordinate with, and may not substitute for, existing University policies for handling disputes.
