Federal Civilian Employees are entitled to use BOTH the 15 days of military leave under 5 USC 6323(a) AND the 22 days of law enforcement/contingency leave under 5 USC 6323(b) to cover their absence from federal civilian employment, without loss of pay, time, or performance or efficiency rating.
