K-T plus the pill = no no. PWS effects vary. For example, Julienne Persephone Dovey, our contributor to this FAQ, has a PWS on the left side of her face and it gets darker with greater dosages of progestins (vasodilation), this could lead to problems… discuss with your doctor. Basically, it depends on which pill you are on.
