Please note that all booth personnel must be employed by the exhibiting company or organization. There are no exceptions to this rule. For example, XYZ Company is a grower or shipper and they have registered to exhibit. XYZ also has several growers who pack product for them under the XYZ label. The growers who pack for XYZ are not employees of XYZ. Therefore, if they wish to attend Southern Exposure they must exhibit or they can choose to pay the non exhibitor attendee registration fee and not exhibit. This policy is in all fairness to those growers, shippers and organizations that have paid to exhibit.  more
