You need to make sure that your display can support both 50 and 60 frame per second signals, the difference between US and EU, which I think will be tricky, and you’ll have to do some research and perhaps contact the manufacturer. The decoding as well as display hardware needs to know how to deal with 2 different types of signal which likely means circuitry and cost that manufactures and consumer will not want to pay for. Scan converters are available for professional applications, but are also very expensive. Sorry the news isn’t better.
