A. The final decision on which waste collection method will be used will be made by the new Council, West Cheshire and Chester. At some point in the future, it is possible that waste collection services will be standardised across West Cheshire. However, Chester’s waste collection contract will expire in March 2009 and so in the short term, we must make sure that Chester has a suitable waste collection service.
