At checkout, it looked like the letters would be shipped to the wrong address – a different address than I typed into the form. Whats this about?

No worries! The checkout system is totally separate from the form you submit with the content and addresses for your letters. I ignore the shipping address associated with your PayPal account or credit card and ship to the ones submitted with the form. This lets you send letters to multiple addresses.
