At the holiest place of islam men & women pray together. Why not elsewhere?
1when in Msjid-e-Haram…you are there for solely one purpose ALLAH…theres not much time for other stuff to cross your mind. #2 even in Masjid-e-Haram men and women cannnot pray alongside each other, you will see there are seprate sections for women. Members of same family can pray together at home but women should pray behind men…. it is best for men to pray in congregation at the mosque, and women to pray individually at home.
