What contraceptive method do you use while in a stable relationship?

It depends and varies from relationship to relationship, person to person. Birth control isn’t just for pregnancy prevention. It can be used for other things like regulating periods, helping with acne, making cramps less severe. You don’t have to be in a relationship to start birth control.

Personally, I don’t take birth control pills. Based on my personal experience, pills cause a lot of side effects. There are many various methods nowadays but in my view Copper IUD the most effective and safe. But it’s individual and it’s better to consult a doctor to choose the most suitable one.
