• Nope. Companies normally hire perfumists to mix their fragrance oils. The strength and differences may vary from company to company and from oil to oil. • Here is a link to a scent review where different scents by different companies are reviewed: http://scentreviewboard.obisoap.ca/index.php • It is important to note that some disreputable suppliers will cut their oils with mineral oil and sell them as full strength. I suggest you use caution when finding super cheap oils.
