Besides agreeing to pay the prevailing or actual wage, what are the obligations of the employer filing the H-1B application?
(A) The U may be responsible for paying the reasonable costs of the return transportation for a foreign national that is dismissed prior to the expiration of the H-1B employment authorization. The department or division must also post a Notice of that the U is filing for H-1B employment authorization, for ten days, in two campus locations. The department is responsible for maintaining all conditions of the Labor Condition Application and the petition, including payment of the stated salary. Any change in the conditions of employment must be pre-approved by the Office of General Counsel.
