BetEX and Rating Contest bets are both based on FTBL ratings. How do they differ?
BetEX is a system of mutual bets on changes in the rating of a player or group of players over a specific period of time. You set the amount of the bet in Real Money (limited only by your current account in the Game System), and invite other users to bet against your forecast. After paying an entrance fee in Real Money, you buy and sell players over a fixed period of time and within the confines of a specific amount of Play Money (provided for the purpose by the Game System), attempting to increase your team’s rating as much as possible. If you beat all your rivals in this, you will receive the prize fund in Real Money. Full details at ratingcontest.FTBL.
