Blackboard mail is not arriving at my non-UEA e-mail account. Whats going wrong?

0

Some e-mail providers filter messages from Blackboard as junk mail and therefore will not deliver it. If you would prefer to use a non-UEA e-mail address to receive your e-mail messages, you should forward your UEA e-mail to your non-UEA e-mail address rather than changing your e-mail address registered within Blackboard. To get your UEA e-mail forwarded to a private address go to http://www.uea.ac.uk/itcs/services/email/forwarding/ and follow the instructions provided (if you experience any problems please contact ITCS Help Desk). If you have done this and continue to find that no UEA e-mail is being delivered to your non-UEA e-mail account, check with ITCS Help Desk that the forwarding is set up properly and report the problem to bbsupport@uea.ac.
