No.The City’s Municipal Code does not prohibit or regulate the growth of a tree branch/limb between private property. However the City does prohibit the growth of tree branches/limbs that grow over the City’s public right-of-way and which obstruct passage of vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclist, or which obstruct clear visibility of traffic signals or signs.
