Can a 10 month old eat fish sticks?

If your baby is breastfed and you eat fish it is ok, she most likely will not have an allergic reaction. If she is formula fed I believe they say 12 months before shell fish but that fresh water fish is ok. So, as long as it’s not lobster or shrimp/scallops you should be good to go! I do Baby-Led Weaning with my 7 month old that is breastfed. He eats whatever we do and does just fine with it! You may want to google it (The Baby-Led Weaning), it takes away alot of questions about how/what/how much to feed baby. Very best wishes!
